Installment Options
Can I pay in cash and in installment?
Yes you can! If you have cash on hand, you may pay for a downpayment for the unit you're going to purchase. The rest of the total amount will be considered for installment.
Does your credit card payment have interest?
Our credit card payment for installment and straight payment is system-generated. Kindly ask our Sales staff if you need any assistance.
Delivery and Shipping Options
What are your delivery/shipping options?
A third-party logistics provider handles our delivery. Here's a list of our partners and its COD/COP limits:

What should I do if my total amount exceeds the cash limit but I still want to pay COD/COP?
For example, if your total is ₱135,000 and you select LBC (with a ₱100,000 limit), you'll pay ₱100,000 via COD/COP and the remaining ₱35,000 through bank transfer. Our sales team will provide the bank details for the excess payment.
How do you determine shipping fees?
We use system-generated fees.
How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location, so we can't provide a fixed date. However, orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks after we receive your down payment.
